These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, content, coaching services, community spaces, and educational materials offered by Brooke Alexandra LLC, doing business as The Confidence Lab, including but not limited to those sold or accessed through our official websites, email communications, checkout platforms, learning portals, social media accounts (including Instagram, FaceBook, TikTok, YouTube, and others), community platforms, and any other official Brooke Alexandra LLC sales or content channels.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all digital products, coaching services, educational programs, courses, downloads, workshops, and community spaces (“Products”) provided by Brooke Alexandra LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Product, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using our Products, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
All content provided through our Products — including but not limited to videos, written materials, worksheets, PDFs, graphics, logos, frameworks, recordings, and proprietary methods — is the exclusive intellectual property of Brooke Alexandra LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
By submitting feedback, testimonials, reviews, comments, messages, or other content to Brooke Alexandra LLC—whether via email, direct message, community spaces, coaching sessions, social media platforms, surveys, or other communication channels—you acknowledge that such content may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, or informational purposes.
This may include, but is not limited to, use on websites, sales pages, email communications, social media platforms, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, testimonials and feedback may be edited for clarity, grammar, or length, provided that the original meaning is not materially altered. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that others will achieve the same results.
We will not intentionally disclose sensitive personal information. Identifying details such as full names, photographs, or video likeness will not be used without your consent. Where permission is required, consent may be obtained through written, electronic, or digital communication, including email or direct message.
If you wish to revoke permission for the use of a testimonial or request modification or removal of previously shared content, you may contact us at hello@brookealexandraxo.com. We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests in a timely manner.
You may not use any photographs, videos, audio recordings, voice, likeness, or proprietary content belonging to Brooke Alexandra LLC or its representatives for the purpose of training, generating, reproducing, or simulating content through artificial intelligence or machine-learning technologies. This includes but is not limited to voice replication, image generation, deepfakes, or AI-assisted impersonation.
Any such use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action for violation of intellectual property and publicity rights.
All Products are provided for your personal educational use only. Sharing login credentials, redistributing materials, or allowing third-party access is prohibited.
All coaching services, courses, and educational content are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Brooke Alexandra LLC does not provide medical, mental health, legal, tax, or financial advice. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions.
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes. If you are experiencing severe emotional distress or mental health challenges, please seek support from a licensed mental health professional.
Any references to manifestation, mindset shifts, self-concept, identity work, or reality creation are philosophical and educational in nature. Outcomes are influenced by numerous factors outside our control. No specific results are promised or guaranteed.
By submitting testimonials, feedback, comments, messages, or other content related to your experience with our Products, you grant Brooke Alexandra LLC permission to use such content for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, including but not limited to use on websites, social media, sales pages, and email communications.

Any examples of income, results, or personal outcomes shared by Brooke Alexandra LLC or its clients are illustrative only and not guarantees. Individual results vary based on personal effort, circumstances, and external factors.
You acknowledge that personal development, coaching, and business decisions involve inherent risk. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation and outcomes.
All sales are final.
This includes but is not limited to digital courses, downloads, coaching sessions, group programs, workshops, and community access. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued except where required by applicable law.
Recurring Billing
Certain Products offered by Brooke Alexandra LLC are subscription-based and billed on a recurring basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your payment method on file based on your original purchase date.
Pricing
Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. Brooke Alexandra LLC reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will not affect active subscriptions unless otherwise communicated.
Membership Changes
Brooke Alexandra LLC reserves the right to modify, replace, add, remove, or discontinue membership features, benefits, content, coaching formats, community platforms, schedules, speakers, resources, and other offerings at its sole discretion. We may also update or improve the membership experience over time to better serve our community. Any material changes will be communicated to active members when appropriate. Continued participation in the membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated membership offering.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed prior to your next billing date.
No Refunds for Subscriptions
All subscription payments are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods, unused time, missed sessions, or failure to cancel before the next billing date.
Access to Subscription Content
Access to subscription-based Products, including but not limited to community spaces, live coaching sessions, recordings, and materials, is granted only while the subscription is active. Upon cancellation or failed payment, access will be revoke.
Live Coaching Sessions
Live coaching sessions are provided as a benefit of an active membership. Brooke Alexandra LLC reserves the right to reschedule, substitute, modify, or cancel live sessions when reasonably necessary. Live session dates, times, frequency, and format may change from time to time.
Recordings
Recordings of live coaching sessions may be provided at Brooke Alexandra LLC's discretion. Availability of recordings is not guaranteed and may change or be discontinued at any time.
Community Platform
Brooke Alexandra LLC reserves the right to move the membership to a different community or learning platform that provides substantially similar functionality. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Service Interruptions
Brooke Alexandra LLC is not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by third-party software providers, payment processors, hosting services, community platforms, internet outages, or other technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
Community Participation & Privacy
Participation in any subscription-based community is subject to the Community Spaces & Code of Conduct outlined in these Terms. Brooke Alexandra LLC reserves the right to remove any member at its discretion without refund. Community spaces are intended to be private and confidential. You agree not to share, distribute, disclose, screenshot, or record any content, discussions, or participant information outside of the community without prior permission. All personal information shared within community spaces is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how information is collected, used, and protected.
Intellectual Property (Subscription Content)
All content provided within subscription-based Products is for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Participation in community spaces, including group coaching calls, online forums, and private communities, requires respectful and appropriate behavior.
Harassment, hate speech, unsolicited promotion, content sharing, screenshots, or violations of confidentiality are prohibited.
Brooke Alexandra LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from community spaces at its sole discretion, without refund, for conduct that violates these standards or disrupts the community environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brooke Alexandra LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the applicable Product.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brooke Alexandra LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Products or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Products or community spaces if you violate these Terms. No refunds will be issued upon termination.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration administered under applicable arbitration rule.
You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Virginia.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
